Returns Policy

When returns are accepted

Items can be returned within the time window required by the rules that apply to your order, as long as the item has not been used beyond normal inspection.

Return conditions

• please package the item carefully for its return journey
• including the order number or proof of purchase is recommended
• keeping the original packaging is helpful whenever possible

Items that may not be eligible

Products made to order or personalized specifically for a shopper may not be eligible for return when their made-for-you nature prevents resale.

Refund timing

Once the returned parcel arrives and is reviewed, any approved refund is sent back through the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed.
